I made the order and after submitting it I realized that the width and length were backwards. I called and was able to get Micheal to help get the order stopped and corrected. He was super helpful and redid it for me. Great service there guys.

Easy and fast
Joe Christman is super. He evaluated the quality of my images for the 2 sets of double sided banners and contacted me by phone and email. We decided together to replace 1 set with another image and he made sure the substitution proceeded. The quality of the assembly were great when I received the finished banners. They did slip a little last year and Banners.com corrected the mistakes by replacing faulty banners.
