Submitting an online request was easy. The Decals.com website is great for designing a decal. Next, the customer service was great -- I was promptly called by a Decals.com designer who wanted to confirm my decal request.
Thirdly, I received my decal within a week of ordering it.
Fourth, the booklet included thoroughly explained how to install the decal.
Finally, the quality of the decal is outstanding.
