It was a quick and easy process! I marked that the banner was good to go, but in the process of sending, images and wording didn't go through correctly. Banners.com took the time to check the banner, make corrections and ask for my approval prior to sending it to print. That was beyond what was asked! I just received the banner and cannot wait to put it up for our VBS sign up this year! It is sturdy and looks great! Thank you!

This was a very easy website to find our way through. Everything is explained out in very simple ways. If there was any question the agents were sure to get in touch with you as soon as possible. When we made the order for our decals they were very prompt in calling to ask questions on how we wanted our decals to look to make sure it was ok if the changed something else for us. After they sent us the proof we loved it. Now we are waiting on them to come in the mail. We have already ordered another set of decals and they were very prompt in getting the proofs to us also. We are very happy with our experience.

Fast and friendly! I started by uploading my professionally designed logo created by another online company. Had I done my research, these guys could have done it all and it would have been the preferred method due to the Pantone's (indexed color wheel). End of the day, I was satisfied with my logo and didn’t feel necessary to go through the Pantones. I dealt with Seth and he called me directly from his direct line (with no phone prompts) to coordinate with me the dimensions that I provided were not proportionate and then it was a quick fix on his end. I received an email with an image of the logo requesting approval, then hours later received confirmation that item will be shipped. Next morning received UPS tracking. They offer many options for shipping from next day, 2 day, 3 day and also slower delivery. Prices for shipping was very reasonable. Overall pricing was very affordable. I believe this took about 3 days from the time I uploaded my logo, to the time I received my tracking number. I highly recommend based on the experience I had with them!!

Many Design options to choose from. Made designing my signs easy and fun. Excellent customer service. I got a phone call letting me know that the stakes I ordered would not work well for the size sign I wanted. The order was charged to fix that issue. Thanks to Taylor for catching that. Very pleased.
