The service and the quality of product
Durability of the product is great. We have gave our kitchen countertops from you for 10 years and they still look like new. Just got countertop for bathroom. Love it love it. So happy we stuck with you. Installers were great. Also had the countertop raised 4” and a flat sink!!
Labor was awesome and install beautiful. Love the new counters and backsplash. The only thing I would have liked to have known is that the counter material I picked has shells mixed in and they look nice, but it turns out you have to be very careful with products as not to damage the shell specks. I wish somebody at GT could have pointed that out before we decided on it.

The measurement part of the process was well done.
I have a problem with the installation.
The fitting of the countertops was very good.
My problem is with the finishing of this process.
There was a gap between the overhang of the new top and the old top.
This was filled in.
The finish is very rough, sharp and uneven.
You need to send someone back to correct this problem.
Steve was Truly amazing. His workmanship was outstanding and he made it very easy to be around him. Let’s face it having somebody we don’t know in our home for half a day can be uncomfortable but not with Steve. A job he did for our backsplash is unbelievable it looks so wonderful I cannot think Granite transformations and Steve enough.
Good pricing for an excellent product. The installers had great attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards very well also.

What don’t we like about it!! Our new countertops were the crowning touch to making my kitchen everything I dreamed it could be - it may be a small kitchen, but it sure is beautiful now!! And the service was top notch from start to finish from the phone call when we set up the appointment for our estimate to Kevin coming to our home and explaining the process to Brian and his young assistant who did the installation. The entire experience was excellent and the workmanship is first rate. We would definitely recommend Granite Transformations to everyone!

The granite countertops that were installed in our bathrooms are really amazing! We also got the cabinet doors replaced and the new ones are really sweet. They all liven up this 25 year old place.
The whole process was easy and professional. I had talked to my salesperson, Laura Estudillo, before she came to my home to make her presentation. Apparently I did a good job of describing what I wanted in my backsplash. (Granite Transformations installed my new countertops years ago - and they're doing beautifully! So, I'm a return customer.) What does that tell you?) The first sample Laura showed me was exactly what I wanted for my backsplash. Deal done! It was probably the shortest and quickest presentation she's ever made!
Alisoio and Pablo showed up on time on installation day. While they were here, my kitchen looked like a war zone. They were steadfast and professional. At the end of the day, I had an amazing and beautiful backsplash and my kitchen was totally clean! In addition, they brought carpet covers, because to get to my kitchen, they had to come through the living and dining room. I'm beyond happy and highly recommend that others give Granite Transformations a look!

Worth the money
Beautiful product. Great job. People are surprised at how transformed by bathroom is. Just wish you still subcontracted the other work like you did a few years ago, drywall, plumbing, etc. It can be hard for customer to coordinate it all.

It looks beautiful and it was nice to not have days of down time to use your kitchen. There is one day downtime to wait to put sink and plumbing back in. We do have a slight spot where the two pieces fit together that wasn't cut quite exact and it is not totally even. I also found a very tiny chip on one end. Also, I would suggest that the people doing the template and then the people installing check to make sure there will be clearance room for drawers in counters open. We had two drawers that would not open at all that my husband had to do some work to get out and make adjustments. However, everyone was nice to work with and knowledgeable.
