The finished product is outstanding, but the service is what was especially great about our experience with Granite Transformations. Ours wasn't a big job, but everything that could go wrong did. The installers rolled with every setback and made sure the job was done right. We'll definitely be back when it's time to update other countertops in our home.
My experience with TREND Transformations was wonderful. I had the backsplash in my kitchen done. The Customer Rep Emma came to my home with many samples for me to choose from. She spent her time with me and was beyond friendly and helpful. I explained that I was under a time restraint and needed the backsplash to be completed within two weeks. The backsplash was completed within one week of me giving partial payment. The owner Jesus, his brother and another worker came into my home, completed the job within a couple of hours and left my house without a speck of dust. This is a family owned business. You will deal one-on-one with the owners. They do not contract their work out to other contractors, it's all done with their own in-house team. They take complete responsibility of their OWN WORK. This was a very lovely experience for me dealing with this very professional, talented and trustworthy company. FIVE STARS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you, TREND Transformations of Sarasota. I like that the process is quick, and there is no demo involved. We had this product in our previous home and really enjoyed it. It is beautiful and easy to maintain. When we moved to our new home we decided to go with Granite Transformations again.

Beautiful countertops! Had a couple of hiccups on the actual color of the countertop prior to the installation, but it all worked out very well. Outside of that, the project went smoothly from start to finish.
The sales was no pressure and very informative. Installation crew was very professional and clean up after themselves. The product is beautiful and we love the color and look. We are sure this will be a very durable product.

Our kitchen looks great,there was a problem with the sink being to big.However the owner found us a smaller one and had it shipped overnight,so we had to reschedule.No big deal, it really looks sharp.Our only complaint was that they left quite a mess under the sink,that I had to clean up.That should not happen and needs to be addressed.
It is good for the environment, blends with any decor, is timeless, and the fabrication was flawless.
The workers are not only knowledgeable, but also polite and ponctual.
