Our beautiful new counter tops and backsplash were professionally installed and look great. We got the plumbing package as well so we had a working kitchen sink while waiting for the counter tops to be built and installed. Our project was total replacement of kitchen cupboards, counter tops and sink and faucet. The wait time for the counter tops was only 11 days after the template was made!

The product is excellent. The service is also excellent. However, the risk of getting things wrong is higher than it should be. The sales person really needs to listen to the customer and document everything that is agreed. This information needs to be conveyed to the template specialist so they fully understand how the pieces must fit.
It is equally important that product that does not apply well to the project needs to be pointed out to the customer. Never make false promises or falsify expectations.
We are thankful that Gill and the installers provided excellent service and made an otherwise messed up situation a good outcome.
