Customer Service is great. I have never run out of gas with normal usage. Only one time and that was due to our hot water heater going bad and they filled my tank ASAP. I would definitely recommend this company.

Your staff did an excellent job refilling our tank. The only request we have, if possible without an additional, charge, is that you come later than 9 am. My husband has a serious heart condition and we both sleep late. I have a fractured ankle and sometime I am awake at 2 or 3 pm at night.

Cindy provided an excellent and timely response to my leaky gas tank. She kept me informed as to when the service would be provided, as well as expected costs.
Randy was the service tech that removed the faulty regulator and replaced same. I have had Randy previously service our fire place and he installed our outdoor gas grill. Can’t stress enough what a true professional he is. He communicates with the customer to inform and advise for proper operation of the equipment he works on.
