Cindy in Customer Service is top notch and delivery service (#1012) is quite efficient, don't even know when tank has been filled until I see the receipt in the mailbox.

Helen in customer service was responsive in confirming our tank installation and gas fill up. The technician who handled the install was excellent with his technical knowledge and thoroughness.
He insured there were no leaks and fireplace was operational.
