Excellent classes
The teacher was very good at guiding us through the exact cues needed to improve our alignment as we went through sequences/poses. Also, he made sure that everyone who was still struggling was helped into a position that felt better & carried out the objective of the pose better.
I pointed out my specific tailbone concern at the start of the class (when he offered to talk to us individually RE - injuries), and he gave a couple of easier/alternative poses I could do. I understand this level of individual attention was allowed also because there was a small group for this class too - but it was great!
Good location, lovely studio and friendly staff and teachers. Teachers are always very good with range of styles which gives a great variety.

The carpark can be a nightmare especially as you have to be in class 15 mins before and then the ticket runs over the hour!!

Had 2 classes last week in J6 with DARA.. what a gorgeous soul. She was very attentive to me as a beginner and with a shoulder injury .. I attended Saturday as a brand new yoga goer and I enjoyed her class that much I returned Sunday.
Thanks Dara will hopefully be a return customer every Saturday once I get child minder sorted
