I have attended the yoga workshops with Rob. Truly transformative. Love Elein classes how she teach and how she take care of everyone in the class and she is very kind and her classes are at the same time good for beginners and for advanced level she give so many options that you can take any level you are in to

Great variety of classes, excellent experienced teachers
It was a kind friendly environment and I got to do something I never did before ( ice bath) as I had the encouragement of the teacher. I was having second thoughts about going in the morning and was happy I went.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the minute I arrived, Emma at the desk was lovely and really helpful.
I did Silvio’s heated yin, which I found really relaxing and exactly what I needed on a Monday evening.
