The instructor's I've had teaching pilates at YogaHub Smithfield are knowledgeable, ensuring everyone had proper form, offering modifications for different skill levels. The studio is always spotless, with machines well-maintained. The classes have a great flow, balancing core work, strength training, and stretches. Challenging but doable for someone new to reformer pilates.

I like the online class
I really enjoy reformer pilates. I like that you offer so many classes seven days a week so lots of options. I also like the shorter lunch time classes. The teachers are all different and this keeps the classes interesting. The waitlists often clear too which helps when booking at short notice.

I attend reformer with Annie and I find the classes are varied and they still challenge me after a couple of years of practice.

I love Yoga Hub in Swords. There is such a great sense of community - from Sarah welcoming you in, to the mix of participants and right through to the many great instructors. I particularly love Roisin's flow class.
