It’s friendly and convenient
I think the instructor Shane is brilliant. His hot yoga class is tough but he guides you through it expertly and gives excellent cues so you know you’re engaging your body correctly. The facilities are also always spotless
The variety of options on a weekly schedule, how experienced some of the teachers are, the overall vibe in the studio
Love the space and light in the studio - I’ve enjoyed the three teachers I’ve experienced there recently too:
