I like the frequency of classes and the
instructors! They are all incredible but I must say Sarah in Swords has a beautiful way of teaching!
The teachers, the hours, the location, the atmosphere.
Professional, good variety & not repetitive, work to your own level, staff welcoming and helpful.
Only comment would be that reformer machines are too close together, you get distracted from the exercises by trying not to bang in to neighbours.

I like the quality of the teachers, the authenticity of the practice, the space, the location, the people who work there and the people who attend. Shout out to Brian Malone who always makes me feel so much better after one of his classes :-)
The frequency of the classes, easily booked online, each teacher's name is assigned to the class so you can choose by teacher. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable, her classes are fantastic, never the same routine.

It's in a good position, the teachers are great and the classes are flexible. The space is cozy and very relaxing, no pressure in there!
Love the reformer classes, everyone who works there is great too!
(Would love if reformer could move back to other room though)

Love Jess’ reformer classes. She is so amazing - every class is different but the results are undeniable. Love the Frascati premises - bog and airy with loads of space in the changing area. Love the reformer machines.
The teachers are excellent and I think it’s great that I can experience different types of classes with various ways of leading the classes.
I do flow and hot and I’m really happy with both.
