classes are great but an earlier (6am) and later (8pm) class once a week would be helpful.

Maire was a delight as an instructor. It was my first class and she took the time to explain the set up to me in advance of the class and also corrected my posture throughout without neglecting the rest of the class. The studio was clean and airy (doors were open which helped a lot too in the humid weather) and the equipment worked as needed. I've booked my second class already and am looking forward to it. Love it!!!

I really enjoyed my flow class with Aga. We had a interesting and challenging sequence which suited different levels of yoga experience. Great class and lovely studio.
