I like that there are different classes from morning till evening. I work different shifts so I can go to whatever time suits me. The people at the reception are really nice and approacheable.

I loved the hot yoga class today, Sunday. Elaine is a great teacher and I like the temperature. It's not as hot as Silvios classes, which I also love and always try to get to on both days.
Its nice to have the variety and a bit cooler in Sunday works fantastic.

I loved the experience from the moment I entered your hub to the moment I left it.
First of all, the staff on the reception was absolutely outstanding ! So welcoming and helpful, not something I would ever take for granted. The class itself was fabulous, the yoga teacher was very experienced, helpful and entuned with everyone. The level was just perfect, flow very smooth and easy to follow. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be back !
The only downside is that the pass expiration cannot be extended, and as a person who comes up to Dublin only for work trips, I wouldn't be able to use it within the month, and drop in of the cost of 22 euros is quite high.

Love the full schedule of both reformer and yoga classes. I'm especially enjoying Jessie's yoga class and Maria's reformer class at the moment.
