my first time ever doing yoga and I have to say it was a amazing... experience...I can feel the difference and where my body needs the attention so can't wait to go back the instructor was so easy to talk to and made me feel at ease
The space is fantastic—so clean and organized! As for the class, it was challenging, but in a good way! It was a tough Pilates session, but I left feeling very good.

Variety of teachers & choice of class- slow & strong/dynamic/hot etc.
I especially like the Froday 5pm Strong & Slow Flow with Chris. She is a super yoga teacher, so helpful to me in class.

I recently joined Yogahub in swords. I have tried a few different classes over the last few weeks and have enjoyed them all. Would definitely recommend.
