Class size is small.
Instructors are knowledgeable and vary the sessions with many different routines.
Music is generally calm and soothing, except today I felt like I was trapped in Mordor.
I liked the fact that the number of participants is capped at 12, props and mats are provided and the mount pleasant location is close to my home. I took the restorative class today and Sian was fabulous. No complaints here!
Calmness found immediately upon arrival (soft lighting, waterwall, scent, music), equipment, Bonnie's zen aura. Thx, that was a great trial week ...back to Montreal, no Yogacara :-(

Instructor found out I had been skiing all day. I'm not sure if she modified the class to include more stretching, but the class sure hit the spot. Loved it!!!

Very friendly atmosphere, helpful teacher, equipment was supplied. Only reason not a 10 is that it seems most of the classes happen once a week per time slot at each location, which doesn't always work.
Camellia's reiki sessions are always wonderful. Relaxing in a deep way that really heals and she has spot on insights into what is happening for me and what I need to do to take care of myself well.
