Mount Pleasant is a friendly, warm and inviting yoga space. The classes are small and intimate and the instructors call you by name. Yogis are encouraged to progress at their own pace but also to challenge themselves in their practice. Finally, it is 2 blocks from my house and I love to be able to walk to my yoga studio within minutes!

The smaller class sizes
I loved the Yin Class with Andrea. 75 minutes flew right out the window. The class was a great opportunity for me to slow down and relax :)
