Friendly, safe, community environment.
Variety of classes. Friendly. Close to my home
It is not a disappointment is just that I liked so much my former yoga studio (Yogacara that it closed down, could not compete with the prices around), which was such a serene and calm place, that the contrast of having a packed studio where I could barely lift up my arms without bumping in to my neighbour's body (and body scent!) was somewhat sad and shocking.
I found the atmosphere a bit too busy and frenetic. Lots of people and noise in the reception area. I guess I'm used to a calmer and quieter experience in my practice. I also didn't like the yoga mats set up all over the floor for everyone to step on as they got settled into class. The mats were also very slippery which made it difficult to hold some poses, like downward facing dog and warrior two.
Like certain instructors (Wesley and Natalie on sat and sun mornings.)
I always feel good when I leave. Teachers are great and it is a super location.
Everyone was very kind, the class was great and the studio is very pretty and clean.

Have only been once. Too soon to judge! But it's been recommended to me by two good friends which is why I showed up today.

I think having separate change rooms with showers and bathrooms outside the room would be great!
I loved the space and I was very well received at the front desk.
I found the music too loud. I could barely hear the instructor's voice at the back.

I like that the Sun Studio is smaller.
The service is always delivered w/courtesy & kindness.
It was too crowded. The session was too short for the price. By the time everyone had lined up in their sock feet(wet floor) to use the one toilet there was a rush to get settled before the session began.

The classes are too large for me but I have to say I did really like the teacher today at Kits 10:30 Hatha. He was the first Semperviva teacher I have ever seen walk through the class. Most of them stay at the front and never interact or adjust just preach.
It's a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. I like that! Thanks!

Studio was dark and the class was jam packed, and although the instructor gave me some personal attention, it was too crowded for my comfort level.
