Very unfriendly reception staff, first time at the studio and I had to ask where everything was and where to go and was given snappy and unfriendly replies. At a first time visit it should not be implied that you know where all the facilities are at the studio.

The studio is consistently clean and beautifully maintained. The staff are engaging, authentic and a pleasure to deal with.
Variety of good teachers, flexible hours
Great instructors, mostly sensible mix of classes, but you need more weekday daytime (midday?) yin classes. Also, your counter staff are cheery, & helpful.

The staff are entirely commited and thoughtful in all apsects of the studio. The instructors are extremely willing to teach all the students and are open to questions. Such a beautiful space as with plenty of room! Overall an incredible studio with amazing programs and classes for everyone!
Customer service from the reception desk and the size of the studio
The price of your drop in and membership may pose a barrier to some people, id recommend getting a student rate set up.
I liked the overall atmosphere, especially the natural light.
