Quite disappointed at the yoga for pain workshop. I thought hoping for some techniques to stretch properly, but we ended up just lying there throughout the class. it was money wasted.

Flexibility
a no scents policy would help greatly. In my last class I got extremely nauseous from the strong odor of fabric softener from the person next to me who was using a yoga mat with a hot yoga towel on it. I also felt faint and had a bad headache. This greatly took away from my experience during the yoga class.

I really enjoy my kundalini classes. It's fun going to a class that is so very much apprec and enjoyed by my fellow class mates. People at reception are always welcoming.
The staff was very helpful and friendly when I signed up, and the teachers seem very experienced and know what they're doing. They give attention to students individually and are always trying to help you improve.
The studio and teachers are very welcoming. I was brand new to yoga in September this year and staff were very helpful in recommending classes. Also the detailed instructions given by teachers during is incredible and has been an excellent help in my learning.
The Yoga fundamentals teacher is so great - serene and so good at putting everyone at ease and teaching the basics in a very non threatening gentle way. I always feel encouraged and motivated after the class.
I absolutely adore the energy of the studio. Its so loving, compassionate and accepting of everyone who walks through the doors!

Although in theory I like the idea of having yoga mats provided by the studio, the mats still didn't seem very clean despite being wiped down by students after use.
