Could be cleaner

Having classes with designated levels of rigour would be great! That way one could take classes that meet their individual capabilities better, and learn more complex poses as they improve.

OTher studios put us through paces and dont do anything with mindfulness or our presence DURING the activities. If you arent focussing on how you are being, you might as well play basketball or lift weights if you want to just do body stuff.

Semper classes usually have Bernie-legacy, the presence stuff.

I think the studio at sun centre needs some renovation, it should be more open space and maintained well. I found it a bit dirty and very suffocating to practice yoga in this studio but I like the one in kits which is more open and lot of inlet for fresh air.

Everyone is friendly and the instructors are always good.

Room was too packed and the class was too easy. Did not like the facilities

I thought the instructor in the class I attended was excellent. Extremely personable and for someone who hasn't practiced yoga in a while, I felt extremely comfortable. The instruction through movements was very easy to follow and the overall vibe was very enjoyable.

Quality of the teachers and energy of the classes are very good.

I absolutely love the Sea Studio setting! Your teachers are also incredibly knowledgeable and align well with my yoga practice/values.

The atmosphere!

I'm was not in great shape when I walked in your KB store. The staff member who greeted me was warm, positive and gave me great information about starting yoga with Semperviva. I then signed up and took a few of the classes she recommended and am off to a good start.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And I must admit everyone recommends Semperviva. I tried it because I Love Aili's classes.

I'm an avid YYoga user, but I also love Aili as an instructor. I like having access to and paying for Showers, towel, mat and mat towel rental all onsite. I like separate and Abundant change rooms. I appreciate extra space especially in the change area. and value community less than others appear to at Semperviva. I attend yoga to clear my mind and reduce stress. I like having access to a sauna and patio (work area). I like having access to blocks and rollers, like at YYoga. Numerous locations in close proximity allowing for many classes on different schedules is interesting however I don't live in kits so that's less appealing for me. I also like having water fountains everywhere in the building.

Overall I don't think I am your target customer who is likely looking for community. I am much more high maintenance than them.

I appreaciatw the oppourtunity to try the facility and will attend from time to time. Everyone speaks highly of it and I know Aili is happy with it.
