UPDATE: 26 June 2026. Lube X-press Dyer continues its reputation for excellence. Went early in the morning on Friday for state inspection. Greeted by a new employee, Cesar. Friendly and welcoming. He's only been with them for a couple of days so if you meet him, be nice! We've all been the new person at a job, after all. Mark and Isaiah handled my car's needed services like the professionals they are. And yet again, I left impressed with their efficiency and high level of customer service. What a true pleasure it is to be treated like a valued customer each time I've come here. The team here is second to none. Can't imagine going anywhere else. PS for the guys: And yes, I remembered my PIN number as soon as I hit Dyer Street, lol. UPDATE: 1 year later, 28 June 2024. Went again for a state inspection as well as some maintenance services and again, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service and efficiency of the work. I arrived just before 7 am and was the first customer of the day. Felt like a VIP as I was welcomed by the manager, Carlos Hernandez. He took on the work needed for my car himself and I was done an hour later, even though I had prepared for a two hour wait. He was so nice in walking me through all of the services they performed and what I needed in the future. I let his district manager, Mike Sanchez, who happened to be visiting at the time know that I'd had such a good experience and that this location has a great team. Earlier this week, I had spoken to both Isaiah and Juan (asst mgr) on the phone and they'd both been kind, patient and informative. I'll definitely be back! FIRST VISIT: I visited for the first time on Fri 30 June 2023. I usually get my state vehicle inspection done much earlier in the month but this year it was one thing after another and there I was on the last day. Fortunately for me, this place lived up to its great reviews of fantastic customer service and speed. I was greeted by Damian w/a bottle of water. Told him what I needed & since I was the 4th car that arrived at just about the same time, he gave me a conservative wait time of 1 hr 15 min. I was ready to read my book & wait but things happened much more quickly and Mike Medina (asst mgr, I think) performed my inspection and had me on my way in 40 minutes. Also provided me with a list of maintenance items & costs but didn't pressure me with an upsell. Great experience overall! I'm pretty sure I'll be back!

Quick service. I went in for an inspection and I asked if all fluid could be checked and the attendant did not hesitate to check them and he informed me of a slight problem for which I am thankful he did.
