I liked that the technician several times told me not to feel any pressure to buy any of the products recommended. I really liked that. In addition to the oil change I bought the cabin filter but not the engine filter. Again I really liked that he kept reminding me no pressure. It’s just a little thing but it makes a big difference. The other thing I liked was the courtesy of offering water. It was a really hot time of day and that was a real plus.
