Our new account setup was ongoing for a few weeks and we were informed during a safe check that our property used an older, banned heater which required replacement before a safe check could be completed. Then our property was damaged by hurricane Helene and caused many more weeks of delay to remove dozens of fallen trees and tons of debris. We were assisted greatly throughout this effort and unavoidable delays we encountered. Many thanks to Joyce Tanner in the Douglas, GA office for both her patience and her professional assistance.
They really came through for me .. A couple of nights ago I ran out of gas at around 8:30pm. I called and Karen sent the driver(I can't remember his name) right out. Thanks again Karen and the driver for saving the day.
They worked on getting me gas way sooner than scheduled because I was completely out.
Customer service representatives are courteous and professional. Tank installation was okay. Installers were professional and very nice. Only problem with tank installation was the installers left on first day to get parts and indicated they were “running to town”. The never returned and did not call back so your customer wasted an entire day waiting on their return. They came back next day after a call to customer service. Still waiting on delivery of the gas. Installers notified office of gas need prior to leaving
