Our new account setup was ongoing for a few weeks and we were informed during a safe check that our property used an older, banned heater which required replacement before a safe check could be completed. Then our property was damaged by hurricane Helene and caused many more weeks of delay to remove dozens of fallen trees and tons of debris. We were assisted greatly throughout this effort and unavoidable delays we encountered. Many thanks to Joyce Tanner in the Douglas, GA office for both her patience and her professional assistance.
They really came through for me .. A couple of nights ago I ran out of gas at around 8:30pm. I called and Karen sent the driver(I can't remember his name) right out. Thanks again Karen and the driver for saving the day.
They worked on getting me gas way sooner than scheduled because I was completely out.
Customer service representatives are courteous and professional. Tank installation was okay. Installers were professional and very nice. Only problem with tank installation was the installers left on first day to get parts and indicated they were “running to town”. The never returned and did not call back so your customer wasted an entire day waiting on their return. They came back next day after a call to customer service. Still waiting on delivery of the gas. Installers notified office of gas need prior to leaving
We never have to order lp gas, Brantley Gas has an online tank estimator, on my account, that is accurate enough for them to deliver our gas when low. I really like the ability to pay online.

I was impressed with the concern of the person who answered the phone. We had requested some one to take a look at my gas fireplace which was not lighting with the remote control. She did not know if there was any gas in the tank. since we had already tried to light it (and didn't really know what we were doing) her concern was that perhaps there was gas leaking into the house. She sent someone over to both fill the tank and talk us through getting it lit. She told us to stay outside until someone got there. Turns out the remote had enough juice to light the remote but not enough to ignite the logs. Also filling the tank helped.
I had never had a gas fireplace before and didn't know much about it.
Thanks to both the lady in the office and the gentleman who came to help.
