They arrive in a timely manner when called.
Your services have been great for the past 15 or so years. But, now that you have been bought out it seems that the new company saw it necessary to change the Delivery Ticket. The new ticket does not show the number of gallons pumped or the price per gallon like the old ticket did. For a customer this is unacceptable. Where else would you go buy something and not expect your receipt to show the items purchased and price per item. The electric bill shows the KWH used and your water meter shows the amount of water used.
The old Gas Inc. delivery ticket was just fine. If something IS NOT BROKEN, DONT FIX IT!
The people are very friendly and really helpful. When I have a question or problem, they help me find the answer.

Great customer service. I was given the early bird $25 discount upon request despite not meeting the tank size qualifications. My tank was filled the day after I placed my order even though I’m sure this is their busiest season. The new bills are much easier to read and the receptionists receiving orders are markedly more polite and friendly than past experiences with the company. Would recommend.
