I received very quick service when my tank was emptied. It wasn't guaranteed, but it came through the next day. Although I was given the standard warning about starting up after an empty tank, the lady on the phone explained what I needed to do. So, within minutes, I was up and running. It just took a few seconds longer to light the pilot for each appliance. I let the outside grill burn a little while before lighting the ones indoors (just in case).
