I asked for a smaller 100 gallon tank it was delivered and setup quickly and the service technician communicated very well.

As a new customer the overall experience from start to finish (filling tank) was handled very professionally and all were extremely friendly and courteous from initial contact and signing on as a customer, to filling the tank.
The technician that came out to inspect everything before filling the tank was very thorough when checking out the tank and lines for leaks and any potential future issues. He explained safety protocols and provided a very detailed explanation of all before scheduling LP delivery.
When the LP truck arrived the driver did a quick check of everything before filling it. I asked how full he was going to fill it given we are entering warmer weather. He advised that given the tank was shaded by the trees he would fill it to about 80%. He explained (just as the first technician did) that due to heat expansion they normally only fill to 70% during warmer months. Again, very professional and courteous.
Overall it was a great experience, great service, and very reasonably priced.

They came out and fixed a problem that caused us not to have heat on a very cold day I mean very cold it cause moisture to free up our tank line right after we moved in on a Saturday I believe it was we’ve been wthebthis company since I believe 1985 been very helpful though the years.
