We had a leakage issue with our rented tank. The supervisor that deals with our area took care of it in a timely manner and made sure we received a credit for the product lost due to the failure of the tank.

Have not been impressed with Customer Service when I have to call Superior LP. So far the CSRs have eventually answered my questions but they are not very pleasant to deal with. Act like they don't like their job.

This company provided very quick service and even did a free leak lest to ensure safety for my home because I had let the level drop too low before I ordered. In one instance there was an accidental miscommunication on pricing and they took the initiative to contact me back and let me know that I was due a refund. I am very satisfied with this service.
