The program's and the actives I attend are geared to 55 and above. I do use the gym which I really appreciate and the pool is soothing after exercise.
I've tried to strengthen myself as I age since getting older has not been easy for me but it has been helpful doing the exercises with people my age.
A bonus for me is the kind and efficient staff, and the Y members who work hard at keeping (or getting) in shape.
