The coaches spend a lot of time actively demonstrating the strokes and breathing for all swimming styles.
They are very well organized and I have noticed a big improvement in all of my kids' confidence and abilities. I have really appreciated seeing the lifeguards actually get in to the water with them this time and the fact that there is a lot less down time sitting on the sides this time around. Thank you!
