What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a 83 year old senior but I do love the opportunity to be a member of the YMCA I do now come by ParaTransit but enjoy keeping my legs going strong especially on the equipment of the second floor
No I do not parcipate in any other activities At one time I did love the aqua fit classes but with no car life really takes a turn on your life

I am happy not to have to preregister for each aquafit class
I would however like to see mote aquafit classes in the morning…Tues and Wed is great but two consecutive days is not preferable….

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Hi Team, Stoney Creek is a very nice place with lot many activities for all ages. It would be great if you can have a badminton court set up permanently and a futsal ( five a side soccer) indoor court since there is lot of soccer lovers in the town

I workout 4 times a week and really enjoy the atmosphere at this facility - the staff are friendly and helpful and it is always very clean and well maintained.
