I like the treadmill and even if it’s busy I can find an empty treadmill to use. The building is nice and clean and the staff are friendly.

The access to facilities fits my schedule and the equipment available is varied and suitable to my fitness program. The videos and workout sheets are extremely helpful.

Lots of variety, very committed instructors at Aquafit and lite and lively, some favourites are Steve, Lina, First name removed.

I like that there’s activities for all age groups as our daughter is only 7 months. She loves swim lessons, Lexie is the best! The child minding has been amazing as well and is probably the biggest reason we choose the Y

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My son is in Swimmer 3 and the instructors have been really great in helping progress.
The only drawback is how many times the instructor may change, however they all seem like they are on the same page.

I haven't partaken of all you have to offer but I hope to in the near future. Love everything about the "Y" people are so friendly and helpful. Being close to home is another plus for me.
