I love it. It's really that simple. Men are creatures of habit. We like our barbers to know us and remember us and we also like to think we know the person cutting our hair, conversing with us. I get my MVP's from the same associate every time I go. She does an amazing job on my haircuts but she's also very nice, she remembers me and that's important. We talk about our kids, our spouses, what we did over such and such holiday weekend. I enjoy my time in her chair. That single associate keeps me coming back every few weeks. Sure it cost a few dollars more than your small town barber will in most cases, but lets be honest, I don't want Floyd washing my hair and giving me a head massage. Those things included with the MVP are great, but I would still go to Sports Clips and get my hair cut by Taylor at the Tupelo, MS location even if those incentives didn't exist. Oh yeah, getting to watch football or whatever sport is on the tv while we chat and I get my hair cut is an awesome bonus!
Lauren cut my child's hair and did a fantastic job. It looked great. She also offered products and the MVP experience for him. We will be back.

Love the service. MVP is amazing. You don't have hair falling out all day after your cut. Most Of the stylists can get your cut correct with the notes left on file

Everyone is always so nice and courteous! My son always leaves pleased with his hair (that is a huge accomplishment for my 14 year old who is really into his looks). We are so glad we visited Tupelo and met with Ginnie. My son just loves her!!
The attention to detail during the cut. You don't feel like cattle being herded through the process. Guys like getting pampered too.

My 3 year old son has autism and I was getting my hair cut at the same time he was. Both my stylist and his were VERY attentive to him. That was the first time he has ever sat in the chair his self. I was most impressed. Highly recommended and we will be back.
