Very professional and friendly. The haircut was superb and stylist executed my desired hair style with finesse and confidence. I like being able to see my wait time on the large screen above. Watching football while getting a haircut by a friendly stylist is enjoyable. The scalp massage and hot towels were relaxing and enhanced the overall experience. 10/10 would do again.
