Straight forward; decent hair cut. Stylists seem to struggle to achieve symmetry with my hair cuts at other places. I have used this establishment twice now and it holds to an acceptable standard.

My stylist, Alahna, did a fantastic job with my hair. She was very atttenative to my needs and concerns as well.
In fact, it was first time in the Post Falls salon, she had told me about your MVP services that were offered free to first-time customers. I pointed out to her that for over 4 years I was going to the Hayden salon, but I was never offered the free MVP service for first-time customers. In fact, the reason I had switched to the Post Falls salon was because the Hayden salon was always crowded and in was always difficult for me to get in when I needed, and that because of the location, it was too far for me to walk to get into the salon, because I have become physically challenged with my right hip going bad.

High quality service and professionalism from a high quantity (amount of customers that come in daily) hair salon! Better then a lot of the smaller, appointment only, salons and/or barbers. Just wish the best ones stayed longer!
