Love every time I bring my boys in for their haircuts. Everyone is always accommodating and wonderful. My eldest(16) loves feeling pampered with the MVP treatment, my 8yr old & 11yr old have little rat tails and have complete trust that they will still be there at the end of the cut( they have worried in the past that someone will cut them off during a cut) and my youngest(4) was holding still having a great time.
