Typically go to the same stylist (Jillian B), but I needed a haircut. I got a very good haircut, and it was very similar to the haircut I get from Jillian. Consistency and a good haircut are what I seek and I got that.

Took my son in for a last-minute hair cut and the service was great! We checked in online prior to arriving and the stylist immediately answered my questions about his hair/scalp health as I was interested in the MVP with scalp treatment. He has struggled sitting still for cuts in the past and she made this such a great experience for him, he asked to come back permanently. Thank you!
The waiting was a little longer, but I was on the list that was okay.
Would have liked some other sport on yhe TV while waiting, but didn't know if that was a thing.

Katie has been cutting my hair for years now. she's the best. I considered changing when she transferred to the Ironwood salon but discovered it's no farther to drive there than Prairie from Twin Lakes Village. Glad I didn't switch!
I love how great the stylist are! Only reason that I give 9 stars of the 10 is because we can’t make appointments, so takes me long time, but really satisfying with the great atmosphere place. I will be back soon :)
