The entire staff is friendly. I feel comfortable having my haircut by any of them. My teenage sons get their haircuts there. We love it there. We like the online check in process. Saves time and frustration.

Went to this location in Spokane. Not my normal since I out of town. Jenifer got me in and did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. The scalp massage was the best! Thank you for an above and beyond experience!

What do you like about our products and services?

I like making appointments on line and knowing when to show up to the shop. The stylist I ask for every time is Katie. She is outstanding. She does a great job cutting my hair just the way I like it. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. She is the reason I keep coming back.

If you check in online and show up at that time prescribed you will bypass all the others waiting if there are any.
I showed up on time and was taken within 5 minutes and out the door in 10 minutes.
For me time is very valuable.
