I would definitely highly recommend your plan to anyone I know who wants to lose weight. Unfortunately I am unable to continue on your plan for financial reasons. Please cancel my weigh in appointment for Friday March 29 at 1:00 p.m. I learned so much from my visit how to use MyFitnessPal and good nutrition advice. I appreciate it greatly. I am currently unable to continue with visits. You all did give me a wonderful kick start and I truly appreciate your help. I plan to continue losing weight on the diet you prescribed me but doing it on my own because I cannot afford more visits. Sincerely, Name removed
