Everyone knows my name before I even sign in. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. The food selection is great and they let you sample items before you commit to them. It is close to work and efficient for me to go to for my appointments.

I was impressed with the staff and their knowledge of nutrition. While I do not have a lot of weight to lose, I want to eat healthier in order to manage my diabetes and decrease my reliance on medication. I started my program this week, and will journal my eating habits. With underlying health issues, I am confident that this program will help me weed out the poor choices and get me eating healthier and having more energy.
