Clean, quiet, calm,relaxing. I feel comfortable going to yogalife and love the instructors. Katherine (Tuesday at 5:30) and Sadie (Wednesday at 5:30) are both fantastic.
I like the friendliness of the teachers and most of the class sequencing. I think what could use a little work is holding space at the beginning of class with an om, and at the end of the class to make time for savasana as in my belief the physical practice is practice for the savasana. The meditation at the end is the cherry on top. It kind of feels like the physical practice is focused on quite a bit which is great. It's lovely to strength train and to be challenged. Although one of my favourite teachers has once said something like: let the yoga be the yoga. Come to breathe and be in your body on your mat. To be fully present. And to also integrate strength training into your active routine. I can't actually remember what she exactly said but that's kind of what I took from it. That the physical practice isn't the whole point of yoga.
Anyways, I got carried away. What I would like to see from the teachers is to lay everyone down for a few minutes at the end of class in either silence or with music that has no words to it. Then at the end you can give the students the option to wake their bodies or not, with their hands at their heart center, one om to close the practice, namaste, and then class over. I think this way is better because then students get a proper savasana without the disruption of a bunch of students putting their yoga gear away.

I really enjoyed the class! Teacher listened to a comment I made before class about running right before and showed us a calf stretch that was new to me! Was also nice that she constantly had us smiling.
