Great atmosphere (dim) and classes with a range a ability levels (you feel average). Acoustics could be better; reverberation is a problem and it is difficult to hear the instructor.

Love to stretch and do yoga in the heat! It is lovely, relaxing and I feel great after. New instructor (for me, I should say, as I have not been there since last fall) was really good and explained the moves really well. Plus, I could hear her voice nice & clearly which helps! Thanks!

The studio is clean, the instructors are fun and knowlegdeable. Your studio is light, fresh, and airy resulting in a cleaner and fresher aesthetic than other studios that focus on a more traditional Indian aesthetic.

It is calm and peaceful surroundings and the teachers are great.
As of late there has been some nice improvements with offering more morning non heated classes plus a nice addition of gentle hatha which I've come to love. Just an all round improvement in offering more to us non heated people. So that's great! Nice facility and friendly desk staff in particular I think (Kristina?) .. the morning girl always remembers my name and signs me in.. It's the little things that mean a lot! 🙏
