In a world of service organizations full of sloppy work habits and populated with poorly-trained, low-motivation, “I’m checking my smart-phone” staffing, ERS is indeed an anomaly. They are seriously knowledgeable and experienced, thorough and committed to an entirely positive client experience. If there is the inevitable “issue" (when you have a big job), they are RIGHT back to deal with it. They even fix other vendors’ mistakes!

They were extremely professional, talented, caring and went above and beyond to make sure every piece of art that was damaged was restored and returned to us in better condition than they were before they were damaged. They treated each piece of art as if it was their own. We had water damaged to several pieces. They reframed and re-matted several pieces and took such care in helping me select the right frames and mats for each piece. They are passionate about what they do. We are so thrilled to have found them and highly recommend them.

We were dismayed when the moving company broke several art pieces during our move from Seattle to Phoenix, among them a stone sculpture we bought and hand carried from New Zealand, a Lladro statuette and antique china tea pot set. Our insurance carrier recommended ART of Phoenix for repair services.
ART of Phoenix did a wonderful job of rebuilding the broken pieces and restoring them to an almost new appearance.
Yes, to someone very familiar with their art pieces, it would be possible to find the repair cracks, but ART of Phoenix matched them so well, filled with material as needed and painted the surfaces to match the original piece, that once we put them in their display cases, the evidence of repair nearly totally disappeared.
We had written off these art pieces and were prepared to discard the pieces, but tried ART of Phoenix as what we considered a last resort. We are thrilled with the end result and very grateful to the artists who treated our keepsakes lovingly and restored them so beautifully to almost their original condition!

You saved allot of my contents when my home got struck by lightning and when I would email or communicate with questions you were quick to respond....Thank you for being thorough and checking my contents you had stored for items savable and not savable.
Items were packed well, and pictures on each item made it very easy to know which items you were opening.

Brian was extremely accommodating of my needs. When my computer was being cleaned and would not come back on, he engaged Microcenter where I purchased my comp and worked with them to fix the issue. Even after I got my comp back and had some issues he personally came to my home to take it back to Microcenter to address the issue. He is very kind, understanding and provides great customer service.
