The first thing that comes to mind is that you are local. There was an unfortunate event in which a piece that I brought in for repair was broken by you. I understand there are accidents and you were very good about apologizing and not charging, but it is upsetting. I think it affected the value of my piece, but I believe going forward that if I need repairs, your work will be excellent.
Tiffany kept me in the loop via email with what was going on with my stuff, what was salvageable and what was unsalvageable. She was on the ball and I really appreciate that.
The team who delivered my items, I unfortunately do not remember their names, showed up right on time and were very polite and respectful to me. These guys took the time to handle my items like they cared about them. I know I don't have top of the line stuff, but they weren't tossing things about making me worry that I'd end up with a pile of broken things on the floor. Their actions were also very much appreciated.
