Welcoming and friendly environment for a newcomer in a clean, well-maintained facility.
First and foremost it is the quality of the instructors. Knowledgeable, dedicated to yoga and years of experience. This provides a challenging class with options for every level and guidance on doing the poses correctly to avoid injury. And I love the variety....each has their own flavour which I enjoy in my practice!
The calming environment and knowledgeable teachers. They encourage you to lean into your poses and I never feel forced to do anything I’m not comfortable with.
