I've been an avid Modo-goer for the last year. I absolutely love the Modo60 and Hot Hatha classes, as well as all the amazing instructors and overall culture of the community.
How much do I love it? So much that even though I just enrolled at Life Time (for the eighth time), I decided to continue my Modo practice (and pay for two programs), because the experience is unique, energizing and all-out blissful. Even my partner, Eric, loves it. You can't get this anywhere else.

I attended Mackenzie's first flow class yesterday and it was fantastic! She had really helpful verbal cues and the way she speaks is both motivating and calming--all good things at any time, but especially for a Sunday 8 am class :) . I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful studio (bings: right next to a plant based restaurant!). Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great variety of classes and frequency/schedule of each. Tons of studio space. Very fair pricing. All around awesome!

It is great to be able to go somewhere hot and forget my work week. I can dream of being on a beach somewhere!
You have extremely talented instructors and staff. I cannot say enough great things about the instructor Friday night. She led the class with so much intention. The pace of the class was perfect for anyone who is looking to calm their mind and get a nice workout at the same time. Everyone is always courteous and helpful. The place is always clean despite how much people are sweating. I won’t go anywhere else!

The environment is very calming from the front lounging area to the yoga room itself. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to speak after class. Good energy all around.

I love the hot room. I just wish you offered more Moda sessions in the afternoons around 2:00 for those who work mornings and need to pick up kids from school.
