Modo is an amazing place to practice! The facility is beyond fully equipped and the classes leave you feeling relaxed, yet challenged. Yoga has saved my life and Modo has been a huge part of that.
The instructor was fabulous (Hot Hatha - Amber) and I love the facility, especially the lighting. Everyone was welcoming and it was a wonderful experience.
The only downside is that I find it expensive. I wish that you had more plan options. I have severe arthritis and can only come to Hot Hatha - Restorative. I would love to see a plan geared for people like me.
Everything. But really though the process has been so easy for a firsttimer/new comer. The staff was especially helpful in making me feel welcome and explaining things to me. Sometimes going to a new fitness place can be intimidating but I really like how Modo makes me feel welcome. I just want to live there :)
The instructors are awesome and so friendly! Chrisyina at the front desk is welcoming and so patient! I would come back just for her.

Love the moksha hot yoga class the facility is clean and the change room is large enough to move around in when you are getting ready
