I am new to yoga but can already feel the benefits. The stress relief can't be compared and my body feels strong and alert. I will definitely be continuing with yoga and adding it to my normal routine. I'm hooked!!
Overall such a great studio. The only feedback I had was once there was some music choices for Flow that were not the greatest, felt a bit dark.
Otherwise, no complaints I encourage all I know to attend this studio!

Instructors are very good and I like the heat! Location is very convenient. Parking can be problematic depending on the time and day

Friendly and welcoming environment. Your instructors take the time to chat and get to know members in the community. It’s a place I can go when I’m having a tough day. Even if I don’t get a chance to talk with the instructors it’s just nice being around the positive energy they bring every day.

Excellent instructors. They practice what they preach!
Front desk had exceptional customer service. The instructor was great. The only feedback I would give for the class, would be to do more moving and flowing postures at the beginning to warm up the body.

I just can’t fit everything that I love about Moksha/ modo on one page. So much about the people is really what makes this community so special!
The classes to me are secondary as you realize as you go through life connection and community are what keeps us going.
