Modo Yoga is a very inviting studio with friendly staff and it is well kept; clean and efficiently laid out. The instructors have wonderful intentions they set for each class and I enjoy the different play lists to practice to. Love Modo Yoga!
Cleanliness, environment is welcoming, teachers
I’ve had general anxiety for most of my life paired with my three active kids and a fast paced, demanding career. My first class was yesterday and for the first time in awhile I had an hour of peace and relaxation. I actually had a blank canvas for my thoughts and kept it that way throughout the entire time. I’ve already signed up for another class this Tuesday.
